Invade other person’s privacy, or be threatening or abusive to them - Give the impression that the content emanates from AHO or any our franchises, if this is not the case
Warranties
It is your responsibility to ensure that details related to residential and commercial property held by us are accurate and up-to-date. Legal title is subject to verification from solicitors involved.
- You warrant that you own the advertised residential or commercial property and land or acting on behalf of the legal owner of the property or land.
- You may not use inquiries generated from the site to generate further inquiries by any means or methods for properties not listed on the site.
- If a user reports about the wrong description of a listed property, we reserve the right to remove it and contact you to get the correct information.
- You are required to provide us the proof and identification of the ownership of property, houses and office buildings to our satisfaction.
- Property or residence description must have at least one useable photograph of the property/residence and its description in not less than 100 words.
Your obligations
You warrant that the furniture and furnishings in the advertised property comply with:
- The Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1994
- Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (England) Regulations 2015
- The Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations 1998
- You also warrant that you have obtained all licenses and permissions from the authorities to sale, purchase, rent or transfer the residential or property advertised by you
Contributions must:
- Comply with applicable law in the UK and in any country from which they are posted.
- Have accurate facts.
- Be genuinely held where they express opinions.
Content by users cannot have third party links
- Users (buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants etc.) are not allowed to provide reference links (directly or indirectly) to third party websites in their residential and commercial property and land adverts posted on Agent Home Owner. If such links are detected during regular quality monitoring and standardisation checks, we reserve the right to immediately remove such adverts of residential and commercial land and properties from the AHO site and inform the users about such removals. If the user is unable to provide satisfactory answer to the concerns raised, they may be banned from positing further adverts related to residences and commercial space on our website or any other content in any form for that matter.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall restrict or exclude our liability for personal injury or death resulting from the negligence of AgentHomeOwner.com – (IMP Ltd Ownership), or for the fraudulent misrepresentation. The content of the site may have technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. In no event do we accept liability for damages resulting from the use this site and its content. Though we take every step to provide you updated and accurate information about the properties displayed on the site, still it may have outdated information. We do not accept liability to keep it up-to- date all the time, or the liability of any failure to do so.

All service payments are non-refundable
All our service fees and charges are non-refundable. You cannot change mind once we have finished providing you services. Moreover, if you cancel after we have begun providing you service, you must pay us for the services provided in Full. Fees could be refunded only at the sole discretion of the AHO management, only in the circumstances where there have been problems from our site that could not be resolved over a considerable period of time.

Our rights and obligations
