After doing our research and talking with the guys at Agent, we found out that they are a team of specifically trained Property experts & online marketing experts. We had to question whether their very low prices were correct, but yes it was correct and yes it did not compromise the service we received. Basically they stated they started the site as a new way of selling and buying properties without ripping people off, but still giving the same high standard of professionalism and service. To sum up we did get numerous viewings and offers and did sell, then all we had to do is let our solicitors finalise to make the sale legal. Use these Guys - No Brainer !
